MARK T. PALMER

OWNER and CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANER

Mark Palmer started Mark T. Palmer Company in the fall of 2002, after resigning from a tenured professorship in the Digital Design Graphics Technology program @ Napa Valley College. 

Always possessing a trait of aspiring to perfectionism in practicing things that interest him, Mark believed window cleaning would offer a high level of work satisfaction if performed at a very high level. 

Mark is stimulated by things that are orderly and look beautiful.  A home or commercial building’s visual appeal is significantly enhanced by very clean fenestration (the arrangement of windows & doors in a wall) and accompanying architectural features. Mark is highly motivated to continually enhance this customer service enterprise in the window and architectural detail cleaning trade. 

Mark also relishes his family life, kayaking, doing anything outdoors, and has a dream of catching & releasing a Golden Trout in the High Sierras.

JUAN GARCIA GARCIA

SUPERVISOR and CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANER 

Juan joined us in October 2011 from his previous post at Villagio Inn & Spa, Yountville, CA.  He quickly acquired the attention to detail and client satisfaction that his position requires.  His work ethic, stamina, and integrity are his gifts to our company and key to his promotion to Field Supervisor in June 2013.  He is a graduate of Valley Oak High School in Napa, CA.  He holds the following company sponsored certifications:

1. Certified Scissors Lift and Aerial Work Platform Operator
2. IWCA Safety Certified Route/Residential Window Cleaner
3. IWCA Safety Certified Commercial Ground Operations Window Cleaner
4. National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course Certification

Juan enjoys playing futbol on a team in the Napa recreational league. He values strong family ties, being highly organized in his life, and is the apple of his young daughter’s eye.

ESTEBAN BARRERA HERNANDEZ

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANER

Esteban joined our company in July 2013 from his previous work with his father doing landscaping in Napa Valley, CA.  He possesses a very strong work ethic and has the very high work quality that his position requires.  These attributes along with his quiet demeanor & direct manner of communicating make Esteban a highly valued component of his field crew.  He is a graduate of Vintage High School in Napa, CA.  He holds the following company sponsored certifications:

2. IWCA Safety Certified Route/Residential Window Cleaner
3. National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course Certification

Esteban enjoys playing recreational football and researching current global events online.  He is integral in the care and well-being of his siblings.
